This wriggly tin shepherd’s hut is set in it’s own secret garden complete with raised vegetable and flower beds, and an old apple orchard with resident free range chickens who provide your breakfast eggs! The Nest enjoys stunning views overlooking the Ox Bow below in the Bybrook Valley: the view from The Nest always amazes our guests - explore the valley with a birds eye view from the aerial video link (on our home page). The Bybrook Valley was once the home to many water mills, but is now a tranquil place inhabited by Buzzards, Herons, white Egrets and red kites. The area has some really special walks and is part of the Macmillan Way. The interior is decorated in soft shades of French grey, sage, mustard and aquamarine - this very tranquil scheme matches it’s rural location.

The Nest is well appointed externally, with a seating area and Cobb oven. You are welcome to pick herbs and seasonal produce from the raised beds in your private garden.

At night sit around the fire pit and toast marshmallows, while watching the magnificent stars overhead!
