Data Protection

No personal data is stored electronically and we would never sell or share personal information. No credit card details are ever held or accessed by us, as payments are always handled via e-invoices via iZettle or via Booking.com.

Booking details are only stored as paper copies, which are stored securely for one year, then destroyed.

Should you wish us to keep you updated of offers, please ask to be added to our mailing list. We rarely send mail shots, so we can guarantee you won’t get snowed under by unwanted emails!

 

Loyalty Cards

Regular  guests are welcome to join our loyalty card scheme – when 9 nights have been completed the guest may book a free nights stay in an equivilant room to that which they have already booked.

Full loyalty cards may not be swapped for financial value and may not be redeemed during Badminton week or Easter. Bookings are subject to room availability.

Check In / Out times

Our normal check in is from 5pm – 10.30pm

Our normal check out time is before 10.30am

We are happy to discuss alternative times – do contact us to see how we can help before you book.

We are a small B&B, with one person doing everything… so we appreciate the time we have when our guests are out for the day to service and prepare rooms, clean and cook, shop etc – most B&Bs expect guests to be out having a fun time exploring the local area during the day. We are always back before 5pm, so that you can rest and change for supper. Should you want to stay in during the day, do let us know when you book and we can often accommodate your request if we know in advance.

Cancellations

If you book online via Booking.com there is a 24 hour period for you to cancel with no fees. After this there is a complete refund if you cancel more than 14 days before your stay.

We are more flexible if you book direct, and are happy to reserve rooms for 48 hours before booking.

Recycling

We aim to be as environmentally friendly as we can, as a result we do not change linen during a two night stay. Should you wish to have clean towels, please leave them in the Bath, and we will provide fresh ones.

We no longer stock the rooms with bottled water, filtered water is provided instead. Should you wish to have water to take on walks, or outings, please do bring a water bottle / flask – we are always happy to refill them.

Pet Policy

Because we have our own pets (dog and cats), and keep the bedrooms pet free for allergy sufferers we do not accept pets in the house. We are however happy for guests to keep dogs in their cars, and walk them in the garden as long as any ‘deposits’ are cleared up responsibly.

Children

Due to the nature of our property and it’s location next to a working farm, we do not accept children under 12. We do not have family rooms, but do have two interconnecting rooms with a shared shower room between which are suitable for family bookings.

Disabled Access

Sadly we are not able to accommodate guests who are not able to walk upstairs comfortably, as currently all our bedrooms are on the first floor and there is no lift.
