No personal data is stored electronically and we would never sell or share personal information. No credit card details are ever held or accessed by us, as payments are always handled via e-invoices via iZettle or via Booking.com.
Booking details are only stored as paper copies, which are stored securely for one year, then destroyed.
Should you wish us to keep you updated of offers, please ask to be added to our mailing list. We rarely send mail shots, so we can guarantee you won’t get snowed under with unwanted emails!
Regular guests are welcome to join our loyalty card scheme – when 9 nights have been completed the guest may book a free nights stay in an equivilant room to that which they have already booked.
Full loyalty cards may not be swapped for financial value and may not be redeemed during Badminton week or Easter. Bookings are subject to room availability.
We aim to be as environmentally friendly as we can, as a result we do not change linen during a two night stay. Should you wish to have clean towels, please leave them in the Bath, and we will provide fresh ones.
We no longer stock the rooms with bottled water, filtered water is provided instead. Should you wish to have water to talk on walks, or outings, please do bring a water bottle / flask – we are always happy to refill them.
